Who can edit my page?

Change who can edit your page or set up pages so that they can be worked on collaboratively by individuals or groups.

By default, students do not have permission to edit pages.  It is easy to allow groups of students to have editing rights so they can work collaboratively.

1.  Page Options Menu

Choose the Advanced link within the Page Options menu.

2.  Add Users or Groups

This will display the Change Permissions screen. The list of people who can currently Edit the page is displayed next to the heading Who can edit this? Choose Add to add users or groups to this list.

3.  Select a Person or Group

The Add person or Group screen will appear. Type the name of a person or group, or select from the pre-populated lists. Multiple groups or people can be added. 

4.  Select Add

Choose Add to allow them to edit.

5.  Save Changes

These changes will then be reflected in Who can edit this? Choose Done to save changes.
