What if my apps don't work?

If your app isn't loading or something isn't working the way you would expect it to, follow these simple steps. 

1.  Close and re-open the app

Double tap on the app and swipe it to close. You can then re-open the app to see if this has rectified the problem.

2.  Uninstall the app

If you are still experiencing difficulties, uninstall the app. 

You can then download the Teacher Planner app or the Student Planner app from the App Store and re-install the app.

3.  Contact the support team
