Adding navigation

Create visual links to websites, files or other Firefly pages, allowing easier navigation around your site.

In this example, we'll create a visual link to a website using one of the built-in pattern styles.

1.  Select Navigation in the editor toolbar

While editing your page, choose More in the editor toolbar, then select Navigation.

2.  Select the setup and style

Select Link to any pages and the Patterns style, then choose Next.

3.  Select one of the available patterns

The colours will automatically be chosen to fit with your site's look and feel.

4.  Set the link address (URL) and title

Select Add another link if you want to include more than one link. Use the up and down arrows to change the order of the links.

When you have entered all your links, select Done.

Links can be deleted by selecting the trash can icon.

5.  View the navigation

Your new navigation is added to the page. You can move the links around on the page by dragging and dropping them.

The links are editable until the page is published or saved as a draft, so they won't be clickable until then.
