Adding structured data

Display the contents of an Excel spreadsheet as a graph or in tabular form by using structured data.

1.  Select Structured Data

Select More from the editor toolbar and choose Structured Data.

2.  Choose Select File
3.  Select a file

Choose Select Files From Your Computer. Find the Excel spreadsheet that you would like to add and choose Open.

4.  Add the Excel spreadsheet

Select Done and the structured data will be added to your page.

5.  Choose the display options

Select your choice of display from the Display as: menu. You can make this choice before you select your file from your computer or change the type of display by selecting the structured data and choosing the cog icon.

Use a different sheet from the same file by typing the sheet name into the Worksheet box.

You can use structured data to display data from a network database query.
